About This Application
Vet GBP Approved Photo Publisher is a privately operated administrative tool used by Aliso Beach Animal Clinic in Laguna Beach, California, and Desert Forest Animal Hospital in Cave Creek, Arizona.
The application uses Google Business Profile APIs, Google Apps Script, and Google Sheets to organize and publish authorized photographs to the participating veterinary hospitals’ Google Business Profiles.
The application is intended for authorized clinic personnel and is not offered as a public consumer service.
Information We Access
With permission from an authorized Google account, the application may access:
- Google Business Profile account and location identifiers.

How We Use Information

Photographs submitted to Google Business Profile may become publicly visible after Google’s processing and review.

The application operates using Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. Authorized personnel manage access through their Google accounts and applicable Google permissions.
Google authentication is handled through Google’s OAuth authorization system. The application does not require users to provide their Google account passwords directly.
Information Sharing
The application sends approved photographs and related publishing information to Google Business Profile as necessary to perform its intended function.
The application is not designed to sell Google user data or share that data with advertising networks.
Data Retention and Deletion
Publishing records and image references may be retained in the clinic’s Google Sheets workflow for operational, audit, and duplicate-prevention purposes.
